Michael A. Wade

Michael A. Wade founded the firm in 1994 and has led over 20 trials in Maricopa County as lead or second chair counsel.

Michael earned his B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas in 1988, then his J.D. from Arizona State University in 1991, where he was named a Pedrick Scholar.

He's licensed to practice in Arizona (1991) and Colorado (1992), and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Before founding Wade & Nysather in 1994, he practiced at a mid-sized Phoenix real-estate litigation firm.

Michael has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40 attorney.
