Michael M. Roberts joined the firm in 2018 after clerking for the Arizona Court of Appeals and practicing on both sides of the insurance industry.
Michael earned his B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2003 (cum laude), then his J.D. from Creighton University in 2009 (magna cum laude), where he served on the Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team.
He completed a two-year clerkship for the Hon. John C. Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals, then worked as a civil-defense associate and in-house insurance counsel before joining Wade & Nysather in 2018 — giving him firsthand insight into how insurance companies build their defense.
Michael has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40 attorney.
