Michael J. Nysather co-founded the firm in 1994 after building a background in real estate finance and entrepreneurship.
Michael earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1988, then his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1991.
Before co-founding Wade & Nysather, he worked at John Burnham & Company and Heitman Financial Ltd., and co-founded Global Fulfillment Services Inc., a Phoenix-based rebate-industry company.
He previously served as Chief Legal Counsel and a board member for Operation American Patriot, providing pro bono legal services to veterans. Michael has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40 attorney, and the firm is BBB accredited.
