Erika holds a B.A. in Justice Studies with an emphasis in Communication from Grand Canyon University. Before joining Wade & Nysather, she worked as a Victim Advocate for the Mesa City Prosecutor's Office — experience that shapes how she supports clients through difficult moments.

She's bilingual in English and Spanish.

A self-proclaimed foodie, Erika also enjoys hiking and staying active at the gym.
